We are happy to present our classes dedicated to our Gelato and our beautiful fancy creations that we keep in the cake display. Every week:

  • GELATO WORKSHOP: learn how to make real Artisan Gelato with our Gelato Chef every monday night from 5.30pm to 7pm.
  • GELATO MIGNON CLASSES: have fun moulding and decorating our Gelato sticks and mini cone, learn how to make Italian Meringue and how to use the sac-a’-poche with our Pastry Chef and Cake Designer. Every wednesday night from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
