How we make our beautiful Italian Meringue?  Now you can discover our secrets firsthand, with our new CLASSES for mignon frozen desserts/treats!

The workshop takes place at La Macelleria
(10/29 Florence Street, Teneriffe)

From 5.30pm to 7.30pm Every Wednesday 

(Booking required)

  • Brief introduction to La Macelleria
  • Production of one flavour of Gelato
  • Learn how to work with silicon moulds
  • The magic of the Italian Meringue
  • Basic use of the sac-a’- poche
  • Decoration of the mignons

Price: $95 per person (2 x Mignons included + Cookbook)
Max number of participants per class: 5.
