All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD), and are subject to change.

Orders placed through our online store are delivered by La Macelleria staff, not a third party.

If the address you provide is incorrect, you will not receive your order.

Price and time of delivery are indicated at the time of purchase.

We currently accept payment via eftpos on delivery.

Delivery is free if your suburb is included in our list of free-delivery postcodes (this can be found on our website). If your suburb is not on the list, but is still within what we consider to be a reasonable distance, we are able to deliver with a $4 delivery fee.

We do not offer refunds and, due to the nature of the product, cannot accept returns.  If your order was damaged for any reason prior to receipt of delivery, or you received the incorrect order, we will resend the order free of charge.

It is the responsibility of the customer to correctly store the product after receipt of delivery, and to adhere to any best before information provided.

By using our online store you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or territory of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
